Banana-Spice Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites (available in the egg section)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup Silk Light Vanilla
  • Pinch of nutmeg

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Serves 1
