Banana-Spice Smoothie
The flavor of banana bread in a rich, satisfying smoothie. A couple of wholegrain crackers with your favorite healthy spread make a great accompaniment.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. silken tofu
- 1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites (available in the egg section)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup Silk Light Vanilla
- Pinch of nutmeg
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Serves 1
