Chocolate, Banana, and Almond Smoothie
Add a slice of wholegrain toast with a teaspoon of healthy spread, and you’ve got a complete breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large banana
- 1 1/4 cups Silk Light Original
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed almonds
- 4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Note: For a thicker smoothie, peel, quarter, and freeze the banana overnight, and then blend with remaining ingredients.
