Lemon-Mango Smoothie
A quick, easy snack that’s loaded with calcium.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cups Silk Light Vanilla, chilled
- 1 (6-oz.) lemon yogurt
- 1/2 cup sliced mango, chilled
PREPARATION
Combine the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.
